Role: Apprentice
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the project accounting analyst in preparing a “sales invoice” with a significant amount of supporting documentation.
- Candidates are eligible provided they should NOT have registered under any statutory schemes (PF, Gratuity etc.)
- The shortlisted candidate will be employed as an Apprentice for 6 months on a fixed stipend.
- Perform detailed “verification” of Supplier invoices and validate the information that is already captured by an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) enabled tool.
- Perform Client set-up in the CRM, credit risk analysis, payment collection and cash application
Required Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent English language skills in both written and verbal form.
- Must be able to communicate with internal/external customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Must have a keen eye for details.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Must be organised and able to be flexible.
Additional Information:
- Working hours: 10 am – 7.30 pm (India Standard Time).
- Work Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore.
