We are currently hiring a General Labour (Summer Season) for temporary fulltime work to start April 1, 2025 and end in August 29, 2025. This position is in North Battleford, SK.
Your role within the team:
- Reporting to the Maintenance Team Lead, General Labour monitors and landscape the grounds surrounding buildings and businesses.
- Snow clearing, shovelling, salting, and sanding operations.
- Planting, mowing, and ground maintenance as necessary.
- Prune and care for plants, shrubs, trees, and lawns within the gardens.
- Landscaping, mowing, weeds, watering, landscaping repairs, etc.
- Garbage and debris pickup and ensuring the site appearance is well maintained.
- Operate the necessary equipment to maintain landscaped areas, such as bobcat, snowblower, lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- This is an outdoor job that takes place in all weather.
- A Criminal Record check and Vulnerability Check will be required.

- Expected compensation for this role is $18.00 an hour or better depending on experience and qualifications. Hourly wages are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
The Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Class 5 Driver's License is required.
