Your Purpose:

Join us within our Business Consulting and Advisory practice (BCA), we work with our clients to solve some of the most interesting challenges facing organisations today. You will be supporting real clients facing real challenges and provide strategic thinking and innovative solution development from problem concept through to delivery. Our wide-ranging clients include central government, defence, aviation, energy and infrastructure. The team come from diverse backgrounds that cover the spectrum of capabilities giving them an innovative and creative approach that is key to its success.

What you can bring:

You will be given significant responsibility for client-facing work from day one. All our consultants are expected to have regular interactions with clients, to lead work-streams or projects, and to support senior colleagues in delivering specific project outputs. You will be able to:

  • Identify change requirements and gauge organisational readiness.
  • Work with clients to provide strategic consultancy to set and realise strategies for change, against their most complex problem sets. Deliver solutions to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience, by optimising clients' resources, processes and assets.
  • Leverage adept reasoning skills to inform decision-making. Cultivate relationships and influence key stakeholders. Lead transformative change initiatives with exceptional communication and interpersonal talents.

You should have:

  • Relevant years’ experience within a management consultancy firm. Degree or equivalent qualification and may hold, or be working towards, a professional qualification e.g. ChMC. Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrable experience in one or more of the following:
    • change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Business cases using Green Book principles and the five-case model.
    • Operating model design and implementation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.Proven prowess in assessing organisational readiness and sculpting customised change management strategies.
  • Sharp focused mindset to identify and overcome resistance to change.Proficiency in stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communication strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions etc.The ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, showcasing innovation, flexibility, and adaptability.Having or willing to work towards Management Consultant Chartership (ChMC).

Additionally, you will display the following characteristics:

  • A passion for developing technically, professionally and behaviourally.
  • A collaborative team-player who delivers great results and operates to high behavioural standards and business ethics.An ability to deal with competing tasks and operate successfully even when under pressure.
  • A strong emotional intelligence and the ability to flex your style to suit different stakeholders and is confident and self-assured in putting forward your views and able to hold your own with senior stakeholders.

Security clearance:
