Requirements
Technical Competencies
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (a plus)
- Proven graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Significant expertise and experience in several mainstream graphics packages, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Must have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience ideally within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
- Must be able to produce high quality, creative and attractive reports, and other such documentation within InDesign.
- Must be able to produce high quality graphics in the forms of maps, plans and illustrations within Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Must have appreciation of the work of other disciplines.
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to learn and retain new skills quickly from a variety of sources.
Desirable
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Autodesk suite and other related software packages. Nice to have but not important
- Exposure to multidisciplinary consultancy environment within GCC region.

Responsibilities
- Produce high quality reports and other documentation for external use and publication.
- Production of high-quality graphics in the forms of maps, plans and illustrations within Illustrator, Photoshop and AutoCAD for use within bids and formal submissions.
- To work on several individual projects concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Adherence to AtkinsRéalis BMS and Procedures.
- To work as part of an integrated building design team and co-ordinate with other design disciplines.
