Your role within the team:
- Oversee health, safety, and security obligations of project.
- Manage the Health, Safety, and Security team.
- Develop and implement safety and security processes.
- Coordinate with corporate safety and security departments.
- Ensure contractors' compliance with safety and security plans.
- Collaborate with Program Leads to integrate safety and security.
- Provide management and executive-level reporting.
- Advise on safety and security policies and regulations.
- Mentor and support staff development.

The ideal candidate:
- 15+ years of professional experience, with 10+ years in safety and security leadership.
- 5+ years in large infrastructure programs over CAD $500M (airports experience preferred).
- Expertise in health and safety, security, and incident investigation.
- Experience managing teams on complex projects.
- Strong technical skills in all project phases.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Recognized degree and professional designation (CRSP, CHSC, or equivalent).
