Creative Design – who are we?
- We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 90 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. By harnessing outstanding, innovative, and creative talent, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects.

The Role
- This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Global Creative Design team. You will be working within a well-established team of motion designers, visualisers, creatives, and developers, supporting projects across our national UK based business & other Global regions. You will be eager to learn and be pro-active in improving your knowledge and skill set when you’re in the role.
- We are looking for an experience individual in the field of Motion Graphics & Video Production. An individual with a keen eye for visual storytelling and a flair for creativity and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will be proactive and self-driven but excited to engage and collaborate with a global team of creatives.
- The role is Bangalore based and will require you to support on a wide array of projects across the company. The individual will support the global team of Creative Design and be joining the Motion Graphics team. The ideal candidate needs to have a respectful, polite, and professional approach.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Technical Lead in Motion Design. Communicating with wider Motion Team in UK and the wider Creative Design team globally.
- Responsible to production of high-quality audio/visual content for the internal/external company communications.
- Responsible to delivering high quality video and animated content and maintain professional standards in every stage of production.
- Responsible in management & technical execution of video production shooting within region, including use of Studio’s green screen, arranging supply chain support for additional filming requirements.
- Responsible to communicating to clients, discussing project briefs with wider team, and providing creative & technical solutions.
- Responsible for video asset management and organisation of project files and backups.
- Collaborate with different disciplines in Creative Design.
- Develop an understanding of the wider business of AtkinsRéalis, our markets and our clients.
Skills
- 5+ years of video production experience.
- Experience in video production, on location filming, filming corporate environments.
- Experience with a range of camera and professional filming equipment.
- You will have advanced experience in video & motion design programs (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition).
- You will have advance knowledge of motion design, video, filming, and animation principles.
- Storytelling - whether it's editing, animation, you know how to tell a story no matter what the subject.
- You’ll be curious; staying up to date with the latest innovations in video production and sharing these with the team.
- Comfortable with working on high level corporate communications for a global organisation in a fast-paced nature.
- Commercial understanding, including quoting and reporting figures.
- Time Management & organisational skills.
- A strong communicator with the ability to present their work.
- Able to provide creative input and point of view across a variety of projects.
- Ability to take constructive feedback with a great attitude.
- Great team player, able to collaborate and work as a team both locally and remotely.
- Able to speak fluent English.
