AtkinsRéalis is truly a global leader in its field and has been chosen to design and build some of the most prestigious projects in the world. We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Project Warehouse Manager is responsible for all activities related to storage, logistics, on-site storage, and the control of permanent and temporary equipment and materials required on site.

Your role within the team
•    Developing and implementing procedures, work methods, standard documentation, and required systems.
•    Ensuring that data and information are updated in management systems (JDEdwards, SharePoint, etc.).
•    Coordinating the receipt of goods and their storage on site according to manufacturer requirements and recommendations.
•    Preparing weekly and monthly reports of activities under their responsibility, according to client and management requirements.
•    Preparing material receipt reports (MRR), Surplus, Shortages, and Damages reports (OS&D), and internal/external shipping reports.
•    Managing the needs for construction equipment and rental goods.
•    Ensuring the delivery and preparation, according to schedules, of materials and equipment required by the construction team and various subcontractors working on site.
•    Ensuring close collaboration with the construction team and various suppliers.
•    Ensuring the proper execution of activities under their responsibility according to project health and safety requirements.
•    Planning the assignment of personnel and equipment required to facilitate the productive and safe movement of goods on site.
•    Supervising, evaluating, and training a team.

The ideal candidate
•    10 years of relevant experience in material management, warehouse management, and logistics on construction sites.
•    The ability to supervise labor and control inventory, ensuring service requirements are met productively and within prescribed deadlines.
•    Excellent communication and report-writing skills, as well as a good knowledge of common IT tools.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $122,600-- $153,300. annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
