What’s your role at Atkins?
I am a Graduate Recruitment Advisor in the Early Careers Team. I have specific responsibility for Infrastructure's graduate recruitment intake. I am also responsible for University engagement and planning our events strategy.

Tell us a little bit about your background.
I possess an Environmental Biology degree but have been working in recruitment pretty much since I graduated! I have worked at various companies including KPMG, Siemens and Cambridge International Examinations.

What’s the best thing about your job?
To offer someone a job is an exceptional feeling! To then see them develop and flourish in their role is extremely rewarding.

What makes a good day at work?
People! When I am in the office, it’s the opportunity to catch-up with the Recruitment team. When I am running Assessment Centre’s or visiting a University it’s the opportunity to meet so many interesting students or colleagues from other offices.  

Tell us something you love about working at Atkins.
At Atkins I feel very fortunate to be surrounded by such friendly people, who are always willing to lend a hand, discuss new ideas and push each other forward to be the best that we can.
