 Responsibilities:

• Produce presentation drawings and technical drawings using Revit. Assist project architects in coordinating schematic design, detailed design, and construction document with multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
• Prepare GBP and other BD submissions under the guidance of registered architects.
• Ability to handle submission process with BD to obtain approval a bonus.
• Be a proactive and efficient team member, reporting to the project architect for all production work and aim for excellence in design and documentation quality.
• Be a champion in AtkinsRéalis’ BIM/CAD and quality assurance standards.

Qualification/Requirements

• Holder of Higher Diploma, Higher Certificate or above in architectural studies.
• Holder of CCBC a bonus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable about Hong Kong statutory regulations and statutory submission procedures, and experienced in GBP and other BD submissions
• Skilled in Revit, Navisworks, BIM360/ACC, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MicroStation a bonus.
• Understanding of building technology
• Strong organisational skills. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Good command of English preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Technician.
• Candidates with short notice / Immediate availability highly preferred
