To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for the instrumentation engineering & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of Industrial projects (Petrochemical, Oil & Gas) from concept design, FEED design and detailed design.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analysis of regulatory requirement and safety design as per standards.
• Prepare high quality engineering deliverables within agreed timeline.
• Basis of Design / Automation Topology for DCS / SIS / FGS / BMS.
• Instrument Data Sheets & Sizing for selection.
• I/O List / Control System Configuration Diagram.
• CCTV specification and architecture.
• Fire alarm and fire suppression system.
• Instrument Cable Duct Route Plot Plan.
• Cable Schedule, loop drawings, instrument connection list.
• Construction Specification.
• Detail Design for Cabinet, Equipment and Device, etc.
• Bill of Materials Take off.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• 12-18 years’ experience in the Instrumentation engineering preferably in Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical projects.
• Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia. PEng is an added advantage.
• Experienced in EPCM work environment.
• Experienced in Management of Change (MOC) projects are an added advantage.
• Strong experience in Instrumentation engineering and construction work.
• Experienced in tools and software such as SP Intools, Autocad etc.
• Thorough Knowledge of Malaysia Code and local legislative regulations / International codes regulations.
• Added value in having past work experience in the multicultural team and hybrid environment.
• Good communication skills.
