We are seeking a Lead Project Controls Manager to join our Atlanta, GA team..

- Develop and maintain project controls plans and procedures: Establish guidelines for project scheduling, cost management, and performance measurement
- Implement and manage project schedules: Ensure resource loading, critical path analysis, and progress monitoring are in place
- Budget management: Track project costs, prepare financial forecasts, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- .Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunities
- Stakeholder communication: Coordinate with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Performance reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Compliance and quality assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards
- Mentorship and training: Provide guidance and training to junior team members and ensure best practices are followed
- Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, or Project Management, or Engineering plus 10 years' relevant experience and proven track record in sales.
- Technical knowledge of the services provided in assigned area is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills plus written and oral communications skills are essential. Outgoing, self-starter with innate sales orientation, optimism and drive; good organizational skills.

Expected compensation range is between $140,000 - $150,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
