By centralising market research, the business aims to ensure that all Client Directors, regardless of their individual levels of curiosity or tactical focus, have access to high-quality, actionable intelligence. The ultimate goal is to accelerate learning and improve business outcomes by providing timely and relevant market insights that drive growth and improve competitive positioning.

Narrow Assignments:

  • Analyse specific areas of operation, contrasting internal performance data with client feedback to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support recruitment efforts by identifying potential candidates within the competition who can bring valuable relationships and expertise to the company.
  • Monitor competitors' contracts and procurement activities, gathering insights to proactively address potential weaknesses in competitor performance and to position the company as an alternative.

Ongoing Intelligence Gathering:

  • Create and maintain a database of client and market intelligence, continuously updating it with new information to support ongoing business development efforts.
  • Engage with Client Directors to prioritise assignments and ensure that research efforts align with the highest business priorities.
  • Develop and present findings in a clear, accessible format that Client Directors can use to drive business strategies and client engagement.

  • Proficiency in using market research tools, databases, and platforms, including LinkedIn, government procurement portals, and industry-specific databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings to Client Directors and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple research assignments simultaneously, prioritising tasks based on business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to finding and utilising various information sources.
  • Proficiency in using data visualisation tools to present complex information in a user-friendly format.
