We are seeking a Chief Project Controls Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA.(remote work is okay for this position)

How will you contribute to the team?
The Project Controls Lead Manager plays a crucial role in the execution of Project Controls within an organization. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role
Support Project Controls implementations consistent with the company standards
Assist company leaders in their strategic and operational duties including, but not limited to:
Addressing and resolving tactical issues,
Monitoring project and implementation performance,
Enhancing coordination and communication among the team and stakeholders,
Ensure compliance with internal and external governance requirements,
Manage a team of Project Controls professionals
Have a strong understanding of all project controls elements (cost, schedule, risk, EVMS, change control)
Proven ability to take the lead on challenging situations
Requires minimal to no direction to accomplish assignments
Can set benchmarks for themselves and others to meet team success.
Advance technical skillsets and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional and customer focused
Motivated self-starter with the ability to work individually and in a group setting
Exceptional attention to detail and self-verification of work.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Ability to efficiently and effectively execute problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to adjust to changing deadlines.
What will you contribute?
Accredited associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, business administration, or a related field. with 15+Years Relevant Experience
Several years of experience in program management, cost control, or a related field, with a strong background in Project Controls.
Must have strong cost management, scheduling, and project planning and estimating skills, as well as the communication skills necessary to interface with external engineering, architectural and construction firms, suppliers, the management team, and other organizations within client organizations. Must have experience in developing budgets, cash flows, and/or schedules.
Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision-making abilities. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of industry standard software, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, etc. and ERP, Planning & Scheduling, and cost management applications.
Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Projects is preferred.
Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project.
PMI, AACE membership/certification or RICS qualified is preferred, not required

Expected compensation range is between $165,000 - $195,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
