Filing Clerk

Responsibilities: 

• Provide clerical duties to the project team: typing, filing, register correspondence and report’s preparation;
• Assist and co-ordinate the quality administrative supporting services to the team;
• Maintain project filing system up to date; and
• Assist with ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements: 

• F.5 or above;
• Min. 3 years' relevant experience, preferably has experience in construction industry;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Initiative and able to organize work efficiently and independently;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Immediate available is preferred.
