M&E Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Be assigned as a M&E Engineer to large and/or complex projects.
• Be responsible for proper manning of the project and for organizing the optimal project life cycle process with reference to Project Director and in cooperation with Project Manager.
• Be responsible for scope, time, economy, quality, and safety of the project and cooperate closely with the customer, contractors, suppliers and authorities on the execution of projects in accordance with AtkinsRéalis methods and systems.
• Other important tasks will be to coach, train and develop project members in cooperation with the line managers of our technical disciplines to develop high-performance teams.
• Be responsible to lead and manage projects and programs through good leadership and management skills to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within the agreement of the program or project.
• Work efficiently under pressure; meet budget and set project schedule.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized University Degree and/or Post-graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years Working experience in pharmaceutical projects with main contractors or Subcontractors.
• Expert level technical construction/engineering skills
• Organisational and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a diverse construction team.
• Delegation communication and direction skills
• Planning and scheduling skills
