On graduating from Ulster University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Simone joined Atkins' Graduate Development Programme in Belfast and has been at Atkins ever since. She's progressed from Graduate Engineer to Assistant Engineer, achieved Chartership, and is now an Associate Director in our Project Delivery Practice.

Early on, I was Site Supervisor on the Belfast Sewers Project and, more recently, Design Manager for Roads and Networks at Hinkley Point C. This has included multiple visits to our Global Technology Centre in India to work with and develop the skills of the local team in Bangalore.
