We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Controls Analyst II to join our Atlanta, GA office.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Receives, audits, and codes invoices in Oracle ERP.
- Reviews Purchase Orders and creates and updates Payment Applications.
- Enters contract, commercial, and project information into the database.
- Communicates with vendors to request additional backup as required.
- Ensures invoices and funding requests are processed in a timely manner by following up with approvers.
- Reviews and updates the NON-PO accrual file for Plant Accounting.
- Collaborates with project team members and stakeholders.
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Data entry experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
