We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking an entry-level Water Resources Engineering Intern to join our Henderson, NV office.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Support design and analysis needed for water resources and transportation related projects.
• Develop sheet layouts, alignments, grading and design related info in CAD.
• Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models and prepare GIS maps and drainage reports
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design components will perform as intended.
• Perform self-checks of design and calculations prior to initiating Quality Control efforts.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis.

What will you contribute?

• EXPERIENCE: 0-2 Years experience in a related technical field
• EDUCATION: Current enrollment in a University Engineering Degree
• SPECIAL SKILLS: Good interpersonal skills and capable of developing technical writing, and communications skills. PC and CAD skills required.
