Några av våra chefer med varierande affärsområden, Kristina Frölander, Linda Haak, Malin Karlsson, Mikael Lundqvist och Mattias Väversund går under våren 2019 en utbildning i London för att lära sig mer om bl a coachning och situationsanpassat ledarskap.

Detta var andra delmomentet av tre, i en utbildning som heter Building People Leaders. Programmet har utformats i Kanada och genomförs tillsammans med kollegor från AtkinsRéalis /Atkins i Storbritannien, något som både ger möjligheter att jämföra erfarenheter och att knyta nya kontakter inom koncernen. Det avslutande utbildningstillfället ägde rum i slutet av mars 2019. I samband med besöket hanns det även med en åktur på Mail Rail – den underjordiska och förarlösa järnväg som mellan 1927 och 2003 transporterade post mellan några av de största terminalerna i London.
