Depending on business needs, opportunities may be available across technical and non-technical disciplines. From supporting the design of infrastructure that improves quality of life to contributing in areas like HR, finance, mobility, or IT, each experience is structured to provide relevance, context, and value.
Learning, mentorship and growth
Internships at AtkinsRéalis are guided by a structured framework that ensures the experience is beneficial for both you and the business. With a minimum duration of six weeks, internships can be undertaken full-time or part-time, depending on availability.
Throughout the program, you’ll be supported by dedicated mentors who share insights, guide learning, and help you explore how your strengths align with various career paths. While an internship doesn’t guarantee a permanent position, it does offer a valuable introduction to our culture, projects, and the opportunities that may follow - including our graduate programs .
Timing and eligibility
We typically announce internship opportunities between December and February each year, with roles based on project demand and availability across teams. Internships are open to Indian citizens currently pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate education, with strong academic performance and communication skills. More than a line on a résumé, an internship with us is a steppingstone into a world where purpose and progress go hand in hand.
