We’re constantly working to make the AtkinsRéalis website as usable and accessible as possible for every user.
We believe that this website meets or exceeds the requirements under the EU Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). This website is fully compliant with the technical standard for websites and mobile apps, EN 301 549 v.3.2.1. This closely follows level ‘AA’ of the WCAG 2.1.
Under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, we must ensure that our website is in accordance with WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Section 14 (4) of the Regulation stipulates: all internet websites and web content must conform with WCAG 2.0 Level AA, other than:
- Success criteria 1.2.4 Captions (Live), and
- Success criteria 1.2.5 Audio Descriptions (Pre-recorded)
The website should be compatible with recent versions of all assistive devices.

Canada - Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
The purpose of the AODA is to develop, implement and enforce standards for accessibility related to goods, services, facilities, employment, accommodation and buildings. The target date for reaching this goal is no later than January 1, 2025.
