Our employee assistance program, provided by Workplace Options, is a free and fully confidential service, available 24/7, 365 – no matter your concern.

Designed to support you through life's milestones and curveballs, it offers guidance to ease everyday stress, prevent challenges from escalating and help lift your mood and boost your energy. Far from just a crisis line, our employee assistance program gives team members access to life coaching, wellness coaching, counseling, mindfulness programs and more. It's inclusive, practical, and focused on long-term positive change.

Thrive: health, safety and wellbeing leadership training 

Thrive is a global program that empowers participants to be confident health, safety and wellbeing leaders. It gives our people the tools to create a culture of psychological safety and care by focusing on principles and behaviors that naturally merge health, safety, and wellness.

It means a shift from fixing issues to creating supportive environments. From compliance to collaboration, it's transforming how we work, ensuring every employee feels well and able to have meaningful conversations that make a difference.
