Eligibility for the AtkinsRéalis Foundation Scholarship:
- A US citizen or permanent resident.
- An undergraduate, full-time, day-time student at an accredited and approved college or univeristy.
- Enrolled in contiguous fall and spring semesters, carrying a minimum of 12 credits and earning a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) each semester.
- Working towards a baccalaureate degree in science, technology, engineering or math, specifically related to disciplines within our industry with at least 12 credits of college work at current institution and prior to the submission of the application. These degrees include but are not limited to Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geomatics, Landscape Architecture, MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) Engineering, Project Management, and/or Transportation Planning.
Scholarship Application window
- Fall: February 1 - April 30
- Spring: September 1 - October 31
Selection process
The AtkinsRéalis Foundation Scholarship is awarded on a competitive basis and recipients are chosen by a selection committee made up of AtkinsRéalis senior professional, management, and human resources staff. Selection is based on academic achievement, commitment to the industry and community, and letters of recommendation.
