Estamos com oportunidade para Advogado (a) de Contratos para atuar no nosso escritório de Belo Horizonte/MG.
Atividades principais:
- Revisar, analisar e elaborar minutas contratuais diversas de prestação de serviços, confidencialidade (NDA), locação, entre outros, assegurando conformidade legal e alinhamento com os interesses da Empresa;
- Apoio na rotina societária por meio da revisão de documentos pertinentes;
- Revisar, analisar e elaborar notificações extrajudiciais, declarações e outros instrumentos jurídicos, com base nos contratos e na legislação aplicável, visando a regularização de obrigações contratuais ou aplicação de penalidades;
- Apoiar o superior imediato em assuntos inerentes à sua área de atuação auxiliando no processo decisório sobre os procedimentos e ações a serem adotadas
Atividades secundárias:
- Análise das minutas de seguro garantia judicial e organização dos documentos pertinentes;
- Elaboração de pareceres trabalhistas;
- Atualização de relatório de contingência das ações judiciais.
Requisitos:
- Graduação em Direito e registro na OAB (obrigatório)
- Inglês'Avançado (obrigatório)
- Experiência em Direito Contratual (obrigatório)
- Experiência em Contratos de Engenharia (Diferencial)
- Experiência em Direito do Trabalho, tanto consultivo quanto contencioso (Diferencial)
- Experiência em Direito Societário (Diferencial)
- Experiência em Direito Tributário, tanto consultivo quanto contencioso (Diferencial)
- Espanhol Avançado (Diferencial)
