About Our Team:
Our Water Management Consultancy operates at the interface between people and the water environment. Our services span:
- Flood and coastal erosion risk management.
- Integrated catchment management.
- Regulation and assurance.
- Strategic asset management.
- Water resources and water quality planning.
- Hydrogeology and hydrology.
- Aquatic ecology and hydromorphology.
- River restoration.
- Climate futures and resilience.
- Coastal and marine environmental management.
- Economic appraisal.
Your Role
- Degree in Geography, Science, or Civil Engineering (MSc preferred).
- Experience or willingness to learn 1D/2D hydraulic modelling (Flood Modeller, TUFLOW, InfoWorks ICM).
- GIS skills or interest in developing them. Knowledge of flood risk analysis for planning and design.
- Experience or interest in hydrological assessments. Strong project management, commercial awareness, and client-facing skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

- Define project scope, manage resources, and deliver projects.
- Deliver and dependent on skills, lead, technical work in hydraulic modelling, hydrology, GIS, and reporting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients. Support business development, including tendering and stakeholder engagement. Assist project managers/directors in strategic infrastructure projects.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project procedures.
