Overview

The Coordination Manager will be responsible for managing communication, workflows, and collaboration among project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. This role ensures smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment of all activities with project goals, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Your role

  • Coordinate between engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables to avoid delays.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and resolve conflicts or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Organize and lead coordination meetings, documenting decisions and action items.
  • Track resource allocation and ensure efficient use of manpower and materials.
  • Review and validate project documentation, drawings, and reports.
  • Identify risks and propose corrective measures to maintain project timelines.
  • Support site teams with technical and administrative coordination.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.

About you

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in coordination roles within road and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and project workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure timely project delivery.
