Your role
Project Setup, Monitoring & Reporting:
Set up project groups and monitor, control, and report performance throughout the full project cycle, ensuring proper progress measurement and adherence to project control practices.Cost Control & Forecasting:
Manage cost accounts—including opening/closing—provide accurate monthly cost updates, perform accrual analysis, track commitments/POs, prepare forecasts (monthly/quarterly/annual), and generate forward‑looking cash flow projections.Performance Analysis & Corrective Action:
Report cost and schedule variances, perform earned value and time‑budget variance analysis, identify issues impacting project objectives, and recommend corrective or cost‑optimizing solutions.Change Management & Risk Support:
Coordinate the change management process, support cost risk analyses, and report concerns that may prevent meeting project objectives.Integrated Cost‑Schedule Coordination:
Collaborate with planners, Cost Controllers, and Project Controls staff to maintain an integrated cost‑schedule system and update estimate‑to‑complete based on deliverable progress.Client & Financial Interface:
Provide input to client reporting, support invoice preparation with FSSC, ensure compliance with contract reporting requirements, and act as a key contributor to ECOSYS implementation.Leadership, Support & Ad Hoc Duties:
Guide junior staff, prepare special reports as needed, and support broader project objectives through proactive communication and issue resolution.

About you
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of Cost Control experience in a project environment.Technical & Software Skills:
Proficient in MS Office—especially Excel—with the ability to learn new software and a strong understanding of accruals (client/vendor).Project Controls Knowledge:
Solid understanding of project controls policies, procedures, reporting practices, and analytical techniques.Professional & Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, effective prioritization, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Communication & Collaboration:
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and alliance partners.
