En AtkinsRéalis, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de profesionales para futuros proyectos, específicamente para el cargo de Especialista Social Junior (Gestión de Compromisos), dentro de nuestra División de Minerales y Metales.
Funciones:
Sistematizar y consolidar la información de los compromisos en la matriz correspondiente, asegurando su categorización'y trazabilidad.
Registrar los nuevos compromisos con la carga completa de documentos de respaldo.
Revisar los documentos fuente y mantener actualizado, ordenado y completo el repositorio de evidencias, depurando y estandarizando la documentación.
Verificar que los entregables sustenten el cumplimiento de los compromisos asumidos.
Elaborar y consolidar reportes mensuales y ad-hoc, y mantener alimentados los dashboards de seguimiento en Power BI.
Procesar y verificar la información de avance presupuestal y de costos en coordinación con los equipos multidisciplinarios.
Estructurar y depurar las bases de datos para la migración'al nuevo software y participar en las pruebas del sistema.
Requisitos:
Formación'Académica: Bachiller o Titulado(a) en Ciencias Sociales (Antropología, Sociología, Trabajo Social, Economía), Ingeniería Ambiental, Administración, Estadística o afines.
Deseable diplomado o especialización'en gestión social sostenible, relaciones comunitarias, prevención de conflictos y/o gestión'y análisis de datos.
Mínimo 2 años en gestión social, relaciones comunitarias, sistematización de información'o monitoreo de proyectos sociales, preferentemente en el sector minero o en consultoría socioambiental.
Experiencia en seguimiento de compromisos sociales en el marco IGA, sistematización de indicadores, elaboración de reportes y manejo de matrices y repositorios documentales.
Experiencia en relacionamiento y trabajo de campo con comunidades y autoridades.
