Overview
AtkinsRéalis is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Qatar.
Your role
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and departmental teams.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and office communications.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and maintain calendars for managers and supervisors.
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems, records, databases, and document control registers.
- Organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense documentation when required.
