Overview
As Brand Communications Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our brand's voice, storytelling and applying it to compelling written content and management of our brand campaigns.
You will be responsible for creating our engagement strategy and work with internal stakeholders on the consistent and effective use of our brand as well as bringing our brand to life through managing photography and videography projects.
This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring a strong communicator with a passion for brand, storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Your role
Internal Brand Engagement:
- Build and nurture a community of brand ambassadors across the organization.
- Lead initiatives to embed the brand internally, including employee brand engagement and training.
- Collaborate with Global Communications and Marketing teams, and other departments to promote best practices in brand usage and new brand tools.
Brand Messaging and Tone of Voice:
- Use and develop the existing brand Tone of Voice.
- Elevate brand storytelling across the organization by creating and curating tools that bring our brand to life.
- Develop and manage tools and resources that support written brand expression.
- Craft compelling copy for brand assets, templates, and internal guidance.
- Support the Brand team with writing and editing needs across various projects.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all written brand materials.
Brand Campaign Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of global brand campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with brand strategy and messaging across all campaign touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize campaign impact.
Brand M&A Support:
- Support brand due diligence by contributing to brand assessments and alignment analysis for M&As.
- Deliver clear brand messaging to support internal communications for M&A integrations.
- Support brand transition activities, including brand usage, tone of voice, and guideline adherence.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging during M&A.
Photography and Videography Management:
- Coordinate the annual brand photography program, including scheduling, briefing, and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external photographers to ensure high‑quality on brand visual assets.
- Manage image rights, waivers, and the distribution of photography and video content.
- Work with the team on photography and videography asset management and publication on the Brand Portal.

About you
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in brand communications, content strategy, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing a global brand in a multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Experience managing campaigns, creative assets, and cross‑functional projects.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite with strong experience collaborating with in-house and external design teams.
- Experience supporting brand‑related activities during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or organizational integrations is a strong asset.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders
- Bilingual (English and French) *
- * Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
