If you're an experienced Human Factors professional with a proven track record within high hazard industries, seeking project variety in a wide range of sectors, we can offer you the support of truly collaborative and social teams, and the flexibility to balance all the different commitments in your life.

The AtkinsRéalis Human Factors team has established presence across multiple UK locations including London, Bristol, Manchester and Derby. Our team offers exciting project work in several high hazard industries, including, but not limited to, Nuclear, Rail, Defence, and Infrastructure. As a Consultant in the team, you will contribute directly to these projects, utilising an array of HF methodologies, as well as nurturing and developing existing relationships with both internal AtkinsRéalis and external clients.

This role isn't just about project work though. You will be part of the strategic growth and development of our Derby office and the wider team, which includes supporting the professional progression of junior colleagues. While our preference is for the role to be based in Derby, we remain open to candidates elsewhere in the UK.
