Overview
This position requires working on fast-paced, technically complex projects in the nuclear industry with a strong focus on isometric coordination, tracking, and reporting. This is a detail-oriented coordination role, ideal for individuals who enjoy managing data, trackers, and driving workflow completion.
Your role
Typical duties and essential functions will include, but are not limited to, the coordination, preparation, and management of the following:
- Coordinate isometric drawing (ISO) release for fabrication and construction by working closely with piping designers and cross-functional teams.
- Create, maintain, and continuously update ISO trackers and master Excel files to reflect real-time status of deliverables.
- Generate daily/weekly status reports, dashboards, and progress metrics for ISO release.
- Track line lists against ISO generation status, revision status, holds, and release readiness.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders (designers, stress, supports, layout, document control) to close open items and ensure timely release.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholder to ensure all required inputs (markups, stress comments, supports, MTO, QA checks) are incorporated before release.
- Coordinate closely with document control for proper issuance and transmittal of drawings.
- Maintain electronic project information and file structures in accordance with established procedures and QA requirements.
- Support vendor drawing reviews and track comments/resolutions related to ISO deliverables.
- Interface with multidisciplinary engineering teams across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, ownership, and persistence in driving tasks to completion.
- Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks and escalate proactively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required inputs, clarify scope, and ensure alignment across disciplines.

About you
- Diploma, certification, or University degree or equivalent academic experience with 0–2 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or coordination-focused role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Have the ability to interpret isometric drawings, basic piping layouts, and P&IDs to understand scope, completeness, and dependencies.
- Willingness to develop technical skills through on-the-job experience, coaching, and training to achieve higher competency.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft tools for developing dashboards, reports, and graphs and have strong capability in data interpretation and reporting
- Someone who is passionate about coordination, tracking, and reporting, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large datasets, multiple revisions, and complex trackers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff in a team environment as well as independently.
- Excellent coordination and rigorous follow-up skills with multiple stakeholders across disciplines.
This is a dedicated coordination and tracking-focused position, requiring a strong interest in data management, reporting, and workflow coordination. It is ideal for candidates who enjoy owning and maintaining trackers, dashboards, and status reporting systems, and want to build depth in this area.
