Management Solutions Consultant II

Overview

We are seeking a Management Solutions Consultant II to join our team in Alexandria, FL or Orlando, FL or Atlanta, GA office.

Your role

Analyzes processes, procedures, systems and organizational composition within an organization to assess how individuals, and the organization as a whole, can best operate. Participates within small, project-oriented, multidisciplinary teams of professionals and supports direct interaction with clients within the context of project workshops, progress meetings, project reviews, and project delivery. Must be strategic thinker, able to understand where technology solutions are going in addition to what is available now. Must understand various business models and how all the components of a business operate and be able to communicate with senior executives.

Develops understanding of the function of each area within an organization and the specific duties undertaken by each individual.

Assesses the types of tasks undertaken in each section, the methods of systems used, the length of time taken for an individual to complete a task and any problems involved in undertaking the task.

Identifies problem areas and find solutions by considering alternatives, taking into .Writes detailed reports, participate in presentations, discusses concepts and deliverables with clients, and participate in quality-control checks.

Provide statistical evidence as needed to support conclusions and recommendations.- Provides clients with value added input regarding potential solutions based on experiential knowledge and best practices.

Mentors junior members of the team concerning project management and business analysis practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

BS degree in an engineering discipline, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Law, or Information Technology plus ten years related/relevant industry experience. Related Master's degree can substitute for one year of experience.

Should have strong background in customer service and project management, with a solid background in analysis with respect to business and process improvement related projects.

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $102,000 - $150,000 annually

depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
