Your role
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Support the permit approval process through tracking and administrative coordination.
- Monitor permit statuses and identify gaps, as necessary.
- Update and maintain permit documentation such as applications and closed packages.
- Manage training materials and attendance records to support permit training.
- Coordinate the submissions of required safety documentation with applicable permit packages.
- Serve as the administrative point of contact for permit documentation, submissions, reporting, and KPIs.
- Assist with Access Card System through development of reports and monitoring compliance.
About you
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of related experience working in a large construction or industrial project office environment preferred
- Permitting administrative experience in a fast-paced project and/or technical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and managing high volume of requests
- Fexible in relation to handling work requirements and able to prioritize.
- Detail oriented and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced project environment.
Expected compensation for this role is between $55,000 - $70,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
