Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in buildings projects to join our team in Al Ula. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your role

  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary construction teams on large-scale projects.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and government stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Uphold AtkinsRéalis' reputation by fostering strong client relationships and identifying future business opportunities.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years with PMCs.
  • Proven track record in managing large, multi-functional infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, quality assurance, and HSE standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
