How will you make your impact?

As a Project Director with Linxon, you will lead the successful delivery of large-scale electrical transmission and civil construction projects, driving safe, high-quality, and profitable outcomes from project initiation through completion. You will provide strategic leadership across complex, multimillion-dollar programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations and business objectives. By developing high-performing teams, mitigating risks, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing project performance, you will play a critical role in advancing Linxon's reputation as a trusted partner in the transmission and energy infrastructure market.

What will you do?

  • You will champion a culture of safety, health, environmental stewardship, and quality excellence, ensuring compliance with Linxon, customer, and regulatory requirements while minimizing project risks.

  • You will secure all required permits, approvals, and legal documentation to enable seamless project execution and avoid costly delays.

  • You will establish and enforce project quality plans that drive consistent delivery standards and exceed customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • You will provide overall leadership for large-scale, multimillion-dollar transmission and construction projects, ensuring commercial, technical, and operational objectives are achieved or exceeded.

  • You will develop and execute cost-effective project strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining schedule, quality, and performance targets.

  • You will monitor project progress, financial performance, and resource utilization to ensure sustainable project success and strong P&L results.

  • You will lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, professional development, and high-performance execution.

  • You will manage project portfolios, resource planning, workforce allocation, recruitment needs, and performance challenges to ensure optimal project delivery.

  • You will secure and allocate the resources necessary to execute projects efficiently while balancing budget, scope, risk, and schedule requirements.

  • You will make strategic decisions that align project execution with organizational goals, market conditions, and evolving business priorities.

  • You will provide leadership and direction throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring effective management of risks, changes, and stakeholder expectations.

  • You will support future business growth by sharing project insights and industry expertise with sales and tendering teams to strengthen competitive proposals and order capture efforts.

  • You will serve as the senior customer representative for assigned projects, building trust, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.

  • You will collaborate with supply chain partners to evaluate, select, and negotiate subcontractor agreements that deliver maximum value and project performance.

  • You will maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing clear updates on project status, milestones, risks, and opportunities.

  • You will build and sustain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders, contributing to long-term business growth and repeat opportunities.

  • You will stay informed of market trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making and innovation.

  • You will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays, protect profitability, and safeguard Linxon's reputation.

  • You will identify and capitalize on project opportunities with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to enhance commercial value and project outcomes.

Who you are?

  • You have proven experience delivering electrical transmission projects, including civil construction components, with a strong track record of successful project execution.

  • You have demonstrated success managing large-scale, multimillion-dollar infrastructure, engineering, or transmission projects from inception through completion.

  • You have expertise in risk mitigation, opportunity management, and the implementation of strategies that improve project performance and profitability.

  • You have a strong commercial and business mindset with the ability to align project goals with broader organizational objectives.

  • You have exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, enabling you to lead diverse teams and build strong customer relationships.

  • You have strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to develop, implement, and improve effective processes.

  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can deliver practical, sustainable solutions in complex and evolving environments.

  • You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • You have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and competing demands while maintaining project momentum and alignment.

  • You have a proactive approach, strong initiative, and the creativity and perseverance needed to drive results while maintaining compliance with Linxon's values and Code of Conduct.

  • You have the ability to remain composed and decisive under pressure, successfully navigating unexpected challenges and critical project situations.

  • You have a Bachelor'S or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience delivering complex transmission market projects.

  • You have project management credentials such as PMP or equivalent certification, which are preferred but not required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,300 to $261,200. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
