Your role
Deliver high-quality project and programme management services throughout the project lifecycle.
Support clients in defining objectives, managing risks and achieving successful outcomes.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, reporting and governance arrangements.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams.
Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve agreed objectives.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities.
Monitor progress and provide clear, timely and insightful reporting.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams.
Drive continuous improvement and share best practice with colleagues.
Contribute to the continued growth and success of our Northeast & Yorkshire team.
Depending on your experience and level, you may also lead major projects, manage client relationships, support business development activities and mentor junior colleagues.

About you
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You'll bring experience of leading or supporting the delivery of projects, programmes, change initiatives or complex workstreams, with the ability to balance competing priorities, engage stakeholders and deliver results. We welcome applications from candidates across all sectors and backgrounds, recognising that great project management skills can be developed in many different environments.
The following would be advantageous:
APM, RICS, PMI or equivalent qualifications, or a commitment to professional development.
Experience applying recognised project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Experience working in regulated, stakeholder-rich or operationally complex environments.
Knowledge of commercial management, contract administration or NEC contracts.
