Overview
The Senior Advisor – Social Media & Digital Marketing supports the delivery of AtkinsRéalis' global social media and digital marketing activity, with a focus on driving brand visibility, engagement and business growth.
This is a hands-on role requiring a strong mix of social media content creation, paid media, and digital marketing execution, alongside excellent writing, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
The role works closely with the Global Social Media Lead, External Communications, and regional marketing teams to deliver integrated social campaigns, enhance leader visibility, and support key business priorities.
Your role
Social media delivery:
- Execute global social media plans across priority channels, ensuring alignment to brand, messaging and growth objectives.
- Create, edit and schedule high-quality content across corporate and business priorities.
- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent, timely delivery.
- Monitor performance and apply insights to optimise content and improve engagement.
Leader-led social media:
- Partner with External Communications to develop content for senior leaders.
- Plan and manage leader content calendars aligned to business priorities and key moments.
- Tailor tone and messaging to individual leaders while maintaining brand consistency.
Paid social and digital campaigns:
- Plan, build and manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, boosted content, Google Ads).
- Monitor performance, test and optimise campaigns to improve results.
- Contribute to integrated global and regional marketing campaigns.
Governance, collaboration and ways of working:
- Apply social media governance, brand guidelines and content standards consistently.
- Work collaboratively across communications, marketing, and business teams globally.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing planned and reactive activity.

About you
- Proven experience in social media management within a complex organisation or agency environment.
- Experience delivering corporate communications, and working with senior leaders on communications.
- Experience delivering paid social and digital campaigns (LinkedIn and Google Ads).
- Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable using CMS platforms and learning new tools quickly.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
- Confident working with and advising senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent collaboration skills within global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong writing, editing and content creation skills across multiple platforms.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). *
