In this role, you'll manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee the full project lifecycle—from design and procurement to installation and commissioning. You'll work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
We're looking for candidates with proven experience in energy project management, particularly within regulated environments. Strong leadership, commercial acumen in design and build (D&B) contracts, and the ability to manage supply chain delivery are essential. Flexibility to travel across the UK is required.

About you
- Proven experience in project management of manufacturing plant and facilities from design through to procurement, installation and delivery, ideally within regulated or complex environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to managing project performance, risk, and change, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
- Experienced in effective commercial management of D&B contracts and supply chain delivery.
- A collaborative mindset, eager to mentor others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK and adapt to project needs.
