Our growing Social Value Team supports our engagement with clients, our service offering and the communities we work within. As a result our team members gain experience of some of the world's largest and most challenging bids, working with a diverse range of clients and communities in different countries, and across many sectors including water, defence, power, renewables, infrastructure and the built environment.
AtkinsRealis are looking to appoint a Social Value Win Work Lead to support the development of Social Value within our UK & Europe business. We are flexible about the sector you come from as it is more important to us that your experience and drive comes from wanting to create better communities for everyone, in environments that we all want to live in and be a part of.
This role is intended to be a full-time role however if you are interested in part time working, please do speak to us. The role will require you to be in the office/on site a minimum of 3 days per week and regular travel. There is flexibility to work from home up the remaining two days per week.
Your role
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Win Work and SV team to deliver on the PPS Property SV strategy to align with corporate goals, regulatory requirements and community needs within the bidding function.
- Create specialist responses to Quality questions within bids for Social Value, Governance or ESG.
- Working centrally on bids, providing either full or partial support translating Social Value themes and outcomes into actional solutions that resonate with Clients and communities and strengthen our position to score highly on quality.
- Work with the Win Work and Client Development Teams to develop materials and processes to enable others to embed SV into our Win Work and organisational culture.
- Supporting and participating in social value activities in different settings for example, schools, job centres, community organisations in region.
- Create case studies, comms and marketing copy to support internal and external development of Social Value collateral.

- Good team player and willing to support the team.
