Talent Acquisition Advisor (Maternity leave replacement)

* This position is a maternity leave replacement for a 12–18 month contract.

Your role

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to hiring, while ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and influence effective talent decisions.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the business and its talent landscape to ensure alignment between hiring needs and recruitment strategies.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit against organizational requirements and expectations.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, sourcing partners, and external vendors to support seamless recruitment delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Drive consistency and operational excellence by promoting recruitment best practices and demonstrating the value of HR processes in achieving optimal outcomes.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Strong relationship‑management skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders.

  • Results‑oriented, with demonstrated initiative and self‑motivation.

  • Proven skills in time management, planning and organization.
