Your Role
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
Work closely with other members of the sourcing team to create effective talent research approaches.
Proactively reach out to prospects and conduct initial screening to build and maintain strong talent pipelines, with a focus on specialized and hard‑to‑fill roles.
Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, X-ray, social sourcing) to identify and engage passive candidates.
Leverage CRM and ATS tools (e.g., Workday) to manage candidate data and ensure high data integrity.
Share market analyses, talent mapping, and strategic insights with stakeholders to support hiring decisions.
Participate in national sourcing initiatives and contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing talent research capabilities.
Support employer branding efforts by promoting our opportunities and culture through targeted sourcing campaigns.

About You
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing or talent research.
Demonstrated ability to attract and engage passive candidates through creative, data-driven sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
Proficiency with sourcing tools, social platforms, and ATS/CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.
Bilingual: French and English (*)
* This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as the role involves communicating with candidates, clients, and partners located both within Quebec and outside the province.
