Meet Ganesha

Ganesha started his career at AtkinsRéalis as an intern in 2019. During this journey, he was encouraged by his senior colleagues to pursue professional certification, and he set his sights on the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

With undeniable support from his team at every step of the way with mentorship, opportunities to learn and grow, and financial assistance, Ganesha is currently working on the eco-conscious Sizewell C nuclear venture, where he is applying his skills towards his chartership. 

The impeccable balance between work and personal life, allows Ganesha to also pursue his passions outside of work. His journey is a testament to our commitment to nurturing talent, propelling professional growth and fostering a harmonious work-life synthesis.

Rohit

Meet Rohit

Rohit Sarode's impressive journey at AtkinsRéalis spans six years, starting as a graduate engineer and advancing to Senior Engineer in the UK Building Structures Design Team. 

Our building services engineers, are an integral part of a global workforce who take great pride in delivering intelligent, sustainable solutions across multiple sectors. 

His growth showcases his dedication and the supportive environment at AtkinsRéalis. In his current role, Rohit manages projects from the Southeast UK, liaising with leads, architects, and clients. His responsibilities encompass technical review, resource estimation, and project coordination.

Kedar

Meet Kedar

Kedar joined AtkinsRéalis in September 2020 after completing his Masters in Structural Engineering. He's a key member of the WND CNS team, specializing in structural engineering for infrastructure projects. 

Starting as an intern, he explored ground engineering and tunnelling, which led to a permanent position in January 2021. With two and a half years at the company, he's progressed through diverse projects, now concentrating on infrastructure design. 

Kedar's journey at AtkinsRéalis emphasizes seizing opportunities and maintaining a work-life balance.
