We are excited to mark a new chapter in our dedication to employee wellness. We warmly welcome Sharon Yates as our newly appointed Wellbeing Director for the Middle East region, stationed in Riyadh, KSA.

Sharon's appointment is a significant step forward in our wellbeing journey and instrumental in implementing initiatives that foster mental and physical wellbeing as well as psychological safety in the workplace. Her background in nursing, healthcare management, and business transformation in the UK equips her with a unique blend of skills and perspectives that are essential for this role. Sharon will also play a pivotal role in implementing our wellbeing strategy across the region, helping us to better understand and manage staff wellbeing at work. Her passion for people and making a positive impact aligns perfectly with our goals of creating a thriving work environment and prioritizing the health and happiness of our team members.

Sharon will report directly to the Vice President of Health, Safety & Environment in the Middle East and collaborate with other wellbeing leads across the regions, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive approach to our global wellbeing initiatives.
