What is your role at AtkinsRéalis?

My work mostly revolves around the water sector where we look for engineers to support our growing business in the field of network & drainage engineering, asset & information management in the infrastructure division.

Tell us a little bit about your background?

I have more than a decade’s experience across the field Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources and come with a good understanding of IT/ Technology market. In my previous exposure I have worked with organizations like Thermo Fisher Scientific, Randstad and HCL.
On a personal front, I like to travel, explore new places and try local cuisine. I am also fascinated about subjects like Astronomy and Archaeology.

What is the best thing about your job?

Supporting business by understanding their challenges, interacting with people and help them connect with the right opportunity.
