HR Analyst: Hire to Retire: 1 Year Contract to Hire

As part of the HR Shared Services team at AtkinsRéalis' in Bangalore, this role provides proactive and effective HR support to employees and managers across the UK region. The position focuses on managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with regional policies, and delivering high-quality service through tools like Workday and ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach while handling complex HR transactions, resolving queries, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role also involves collaboration with global HR teams, Centres of Excellence, and stakeholders across the UK/ Global Region.

  • Should have handled the employee life cycle management (Hire to Retire- Onboarding, Background Check, Absence Management, Job Data Change & Leavers).
  • Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance with regional policies and procedural guidelines (UK/Middle East/North America/Asia Pacific).
  • Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool.
  • Producing standard correspondence to employees & external parties.
  • Liaising with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues.
  • Working closely with the HR Community and COE's.
  • Proactively contributing to improvements within the department.
  • Supporting the People's'Hub team with ad-hoc projects.
  • Audit/Quality Check team members cases.
  • Manage escalations, root cause analysis and provide it to Team Lead/Line manager.
  • Process complex cases/transactions and be back up for the team.
  • Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader.

About you

  • Experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting UK/Middle East & Africa/US/Canada/Asia Pacific.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on Workday and ServiceNow Applications.
  • Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
  • Potential to develop as the team grows.
  • Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable.
  • Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 1 - 4 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment.
