Actualmente se ha generado una oportunidad para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis Perú como Líder CQA – Moquegua, para futuros proyectos.
Responsabilidades:
Implementar y supervisar la gestión de calidad del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos contractuales y normativos.
Actualizar y gestionar el Plan de Gestión de Aseguramiento de la Calidad (QAMP).
Supervisar la implementación'y cumplimiento del QAMP en todos los subcontratos, acuerdos de consultoría y contratos de paquetes de trabajo, asegurando su aplicación.
Gestionar el módulo de Aseguramiento de Calidad en la plataforma ACC, asegurando el registro, trazabilidad y cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos.
Emitir informes semanales y mensuales sobre la gestión de calidad, identificando hallazgos, desviaciones y acciones de mejora.
Actuar como enlace principal con la contraparte de QA del Cliente, asegurando alineación'en criterios y estándares de calidad.
Revisar, aprobar y monitorear los sistemas de aseguramiento de la calidad de subcontratistas y contratistas, asegurando su cumplimiento con los requisitos del proyecto.
Asegurar la entrega progresiva de toda la documentación de aseguramiento de la calidad.
Presentar informes gerenciales mensuales a la Gerente del Portafolio de Proyectos, detallando hallazgos críticos, mejoras implementadas y tendencias de desempeño.
Elaborar un reporte mensual de desviaciones por especialidad, asegurando su análisis, estatus y seguimiento hasta su resolución.
Coordinar con el equipo de Supervisores CQA para la correcta gestión de hallazgos y cumplimiento de acciones correctivas.
Cumplir y hacer cumplir los procedimientos de la empresa.
Cumplir con los lineamientos del sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa, asociados a su cargo y área.
Otros afines a la responsabilidad del cargo.
Requisitos:
Formación'académica: Profesional titulado y colegiado de la carrera de Ingeniería civil.
Cursos en sistema de gestión de calidad con enfoque ISO 9001:2015 y PMI.
Conocimiento en Sistemas de Gestión, Gerencia y Administración de Proyectos (Diplomado en Gerencia de Proyectos con enfoque PMI).
Conocimiento de Normas Técnicas Internacionales y nacionales como: ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, AREMA, MTC, NTP, API, AWS D1.1, AISC.
Conocimientos en Filosofía Lean Construction.
Experiencia: Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
Disponibilidad para laborar por proyecto en Moquegua bajo régimen, en sistema de turnos 8x6 o 5x2.
