Your role

Platform Administration & Operations

  • Administer Smart Materials environments (DEV/TEST/PROD), user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), profiles, catalogs, and LOVs.

  • Build knowledge base articles, SOPs, and quick-reference guides; deliver user training and onboarding.

Development & Automation

  • Configure and enhance Smart Materials objects (e.g., screen layouts, validations, reports, interfaces).
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., supplier performance, expediting status, MTO progress, over/short/damaged, PO cycle times).
  • Script data tasks (ETL, data validation, cleansing) and automate routine admin operations where feasible.

Data & Integrations

  • Ensure data integrity across master data (materials, parts, BOM/Idents, catalogs), transactional records (RFQs, POs, MRRs, transfers), and reference data.
  • Own/coordinate integrations with ERP (Oracle), Power BI, Engineering tools (Smart 3D, Smart Reference Data), finance, receiving/site, and supplier portals.
  • Monitor interface queues, error handling, and reconciliation; maintain interface specifications and mapping documents.

Security, Compliance & Governance

  • Enforce SoD, least privilege, and audit logging; support internal/external audits.
  • Maintain GDPR/PII, SOX, and project data handling practices as applicable.
  • Drive configuration governance: naming standards, code lists, metadata, and versioning.

Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead or contribute to platform initiatives: module rollouts, upgrades, data migrations, template standardization, and new project onboarding.
  • Define and track KPIs (system uptime, ticket SLAs, PO cycle time, data quality).
  • Champion best practices for EPC procurement, material management, and expediting within Smart Materials.
