We are seeking an experienced ITSM Service Management Manager to lead and mature our IT Service Management function. The role will focus on driving service excellence, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices, and managing end‑to‑end ITSM processes across incident, problem, change, asset, and configuration management.
What will you do?
- Lead the ITSM function and manage a team of ITSM and process specialists.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve ITIL‑aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, Configuration, Service Catalog).
- Oversee major incident management and ensure timely resolution with minimal business impact.
- Drive service reporting and analytics to measure SLA/OLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Service desk, Network, Security, Cloud, Hosting, EUS, EUE and Application teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs.
- Champion automation and self‑service initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and energy sector security standards.
- Prepare governance reports for leadership and participate in audits.
- Act as a liaison with procurement and finance for license and asset management.
Experience, Education and other Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL v4 certification preferred).
- Proven experience in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/ Fresh service etc.).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with IT, legal, and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to energy/power/utility sector IT operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive metrics‑based improvements.
- Experience in managing onshore/offshore teams.
- Familiarity with ISO 20000, ISO 27001, GDPR, and IEC 62443 compliance
- Additional certifications (ISO 20000, COBIT, PMP/Prince2) preferred.
