Actualmente en AtkinsRéalis Perú, se ha generado un puesto para nuestro Programa de Prácticas 2026 como Practicante de HSE, en la División de Minerales y Metales.
Responsabilidades:
Brindar soporte en la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
Apoyar en la identificación de peligros, evaluación de riesgos y determinación de controles.
Participar en inspecciones de seguridad, observaciones planeadas de trabajo y levantamiento de actos y condiciones subestándar.
Apoyar en la elaboración, actualización'y control de procedimientos, instructivos y registros HSE.
Colaborar en la gestión de capacitaciones, charlas de seguridad y campañas de prevención.
Realizar seguimiento a indicadores de gestión'HSE.
Apoyar en el cumplimiento de requisitos legales y otros compromisos aplicables en materia de SST.
Participar en investigaciones de incidentes y accidentes de trabajo, bajo supervisión.
Brindar soporte en auditorías internas o externas relacionadas con HSE.
Verificar cumplimiento de requisitos de HSE de contratistas.
Apoyo y soporte administrativo según se requiera.
Otras funciones afines al área asignadas por el líder de HSE.
Requisitos:
Educación formal: Estudiante de los últimos ciclos o egresado reciente de: Ingeniería de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, Industrial, Ambiental, o carreras afines.
Inglés: Nivel Intermedio.
Interés'en desarrollarse profesionalmente en el área de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (HSE).
Conocimientos básicos en: Legislación de SST, identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos, sistemas de gestión.
Softwares: Manejo básico de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PBI).
Capacidad de organización, análisis y redacción de documentos técnicos.
